Share your product, target specification, volume and destination port. We match you to verified Indian manufacturers, return quotes on your Incoterms, and manage sampling, contracting, inspection and shipping through a single point of contact — you don't deal with multiple suppliers or brokers.

At minimum: an Importer-Exporter Code (IEC) from DGFT, GST registration, and an RCMC from the relevant export promotion council. Per shipment you then need a commercial invoice, packing list, shipping bill, and a transport document (Bill of Lading or Air Waybill), plus a Certificate of Origin and any product-specific inspection certificates.

We quote across the common Incoterms 2020 — FOB and CIF for ocean freight, and EXW or DAP where buyers prefer door delivery. The right term depends on who you want managing freight and risk at each leg; we'll recommend one and price it transparently.

Goods are matched to the certifications their destination requires (ISO, BIS, APEDA, FSSAI, CE and others), and undergo third-party pre-shipment inspection and, where relevant, residue or lab testing. Every consignment carries batch-traceable Certificates of Analysis, and reports are shared before dispatch.

For new relationships, an irrevocable Letter of Credit or a documents-against-payment arrangement is standard, releasing payment only against shipping documents. Advance and open-account terms are introduced as the relationship matures. We'll structure terms that protect both sides.

Indirectly, yes. Schemes like RoDTEP refund embedded taxes to the exporter, which keeps Indian landed prices competitive after duty. The incentive is claimed by the exporter, not the buyer — but it's part of why Indian quotes stay sharp against other origins.
